The SigAmp™ Real-Time PCR MasterMix (SYBR) is a ready-to-use premix of the components (except primers and templates) necessary to perform real-time PCR using the SYBR green chemistry. It is optimized with regular level of the ROX reference dye for ABI 7000, 7300, 7700, 7900HT, and 7900HT Fast systems, and ensures the maximun sensitivity and specificity.
Concentration: 2x.
Trial pack: 1 ml (enough for 40 reactions at 50 ul).
