Dr. Jing Z. Lin

Dr. Lin obtained his Pd.D. in genetics from the University of Toronto, and postdoctoral training from the University
of Montana and University of California, Riverside. His expertise includes molecular biology, quantitative and
population genetics, bioinformatics, and molecular diagnosis. Dr. Lin authored over 20 scientific papers and 15
patents. Prior to joining SignalDT Biosystems, Dr. Lin held various positions including senior scientist at Lynx
Therapeutics, Hayward, California, CEO at Taitai Genomics, Shenzhen, China, and General Manager at
Forestgenix, LLC, Pleasanton, California.

Dr. Bin Chen

Dr. Chen obtained his Ph.D. in biology from Sun Yat-Sen University, Guangzhou, China, postdoctoral training from
the University of Arizona, and MBA from the University of Iowa. Dr. Chen has published two books and over 20
papers in scientific journals. Prior to joining SignalDT Biosystems, Dr. Chen had worked for Guangzhou municipal
government as a scientific officer, University of California, Riverside as a staff scientist, and FortuneChain Financial
Services, San Francisco, California as a financial consultant.

Ms. Yang obtained her B.Sc. in computer sciences and certificate in accounting from Seneca College, Toronto,
Canada. Her professional experience includes Programmer Analyst at Mount Sinai Hospital and National Life of
Canada, Toronto, Canada; Senior Programmer Analyst at Riverside County Government, Riverside, California;
Lead Programmer Analyst at World Savings Bank, Oakland, California, and Financial Manager at Forestgenix, LLC,
Pleasanton, California.
